Three ways to charge
- Per course – learners buy a single course and are enrolled straight away.
- Per bundle – a set of courses at one price, for example a full CPD year or a certificate programme.
- For access – pay once for access to the platform or to a whole course catalogue.
Bundles with a choice
Bundles don’t have to be fixed. A bundle can combine mandatory courses that everyone takes with a choice of electives: the learner picks up to a set number of courses from a list you define.
For example: two mandatory courses on regulation and ethics, plus any three of eight specialist courses. Learners make their choice when they enrol, and the platform tracks progress and certificates for the whole bundle.
Payments done properly
- Secure card payments through Stripe, including 3-D Secure
- Coupon and discount codes
- International sales: prices and VAT per country, in several currencies
- Paid self-registration – new learners sign up, pay and start in one go
- A disclaimer or terms step before learners begin
Free access for the right people
Not everyone should pay. Single-use enrolment codes tied to a course give access to a specific group – for example the members of an association or a partner organisation – without a payment step.
Connected to your systems
Payments and enrolments can be linked to your membership or finance systems, so member status and access stay in sync.
